Akron’s historic Mayflower Manor to be bought, renovated by senior-living developer Capital Realty Group

Akron’s historic Mayflower Hotel, which opened in 1931, will be renovated and new amenities will be added, such as community spaces and a fitness area for residents receiving housing subsidies. The current retail offerings on the ground floor will also be redeveloped.(The Plain Dealer)
